Christoph Ludvik is a proven expert in labor and social security law (employment). Christoph Ludvik advises companies comprehensively on all matters of employment law, ranging all the way from the design of individual and collective contracts to the optimization of work structures and flexible employment models. He focuses on tailor-made solutions that meet current employment law requirements, and he regularly assists domestic and foreign companies in strategic planning and implementation, including before courts and authorities. He also has extensive experience in the areas of transactions and real estate and offers customized solutions for complex real estate issues.
Christoph Ludvik completed his diploma studies in law at the University of Vienna (Mag. iur.) and received his doctorate from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (Dr. iur.) with a dissertation on “The International Establishment – Questions of Cross-border Works Constitutions.” He also studied international business administration (BSc) at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Together with Martin Zikeli, he attended the master’s program in “Real Estate Management and Valuation” at the Vienna University of Technology. In addition to his work as a attorney, he gained valuable experience as a member of the supervisory board of an industry company.

In addition to his work as a university lecturer, he regularly supervises university moot courts with a view to promoting young academics.
