Startup Law Lab. Volume II: “AI innovation and legal strategies”

The evening on the topic of “AI innovations and legal strategies” began with a thought-provoking talk by Christian Bauer, Silicon Valley IT pioneer, creative consultant and advisor, who presented his innovative AI model from practice, which validates the authenticity of artworks with the help of AI. His exciting insight from the field already led to a lively discussion about NDAs, the use of AI by employees and general liability issues.

This was the perfect transition for our moderator Kambis Kohansal Vajargah, of WKÖ Startup Services, to move on to the legal insights offered by Martin Zikeli and Saskia Leopold on the following questions:
