Martin Zikeli

Martin Zikeli specializes in corporate, commercial, and real estate law. He advises his clients on all corporate law matters and guides them efficiently and reliably through M&A transactions. With his expertise, Martin Zikeli supports start-ups in company formation, provides comprehensive advice to both investors and start-ups during financing rounds, and represents shareholders in contentious general meetings as well as in the judicial challenge of resolutions from general and shareholders’ meetings. In addition, Martin Zikeli passionately works for his clients in real estate law by handling property transactions, advising on tenancy and condominium ownership issues, and representing clients in property-related civil disputes.

Martin Zikeli completed his law degree at the University of Vienna and, since 2021, has been attending the Master’s program in Real Estate Management and Valuation at the Vienna University of Technology, together with Christoph Ludvik.

Along with his legal work, Martin Zikeli has been actively involved in his family’s business for several years, giving him a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the export industry.
